Regulation

This regulation is intended so that our guests have a safe and pleasant stay, so it is mandatory and applies to all visitors, regardless of their age.

1. Guests will make their reservation through the Airbnb portal, to whose reservation and cancellation policies XHANT adheres.

2. The check-in time to enter the suite will be from 15:00 p.m. and the check-out time will be at 11:00 a.m. Otherwise, you will be charged for an additional night's stay, without the right to stay that night. If for personal reasons the guest has to check-in after 20:00 p.m., he must notify 24 hours in advance of his arrival.

3. We recommend that upon arrival you review the room inventory, since at the time of check-out it will be reviewed and in case of shortages and/or damages, they must be covered by the guest with another equal/equivalent product or, failing that, , you will be charged your price. Theft and intentional damage will be reported immediately to the corresponding authorities.

4. Guests agree to treat with care the household items, equipment and other accessories of the suite, the common areas and, in general, all within the park.

5. In the event that guests are absent from the park for more than 24 hours without prior notice to the administration, their accommodation may be terminated or suspended, as the case may be, and their luggage will be collected.

6. The suite has a safe, XHANT is not responsible for the loss, theft or misplacement of jewelry and valuables left in the rooms.

7. Due to the location of XHANT, power failures are common, we do not have a power plant. These failures are beyond the control of XHANT, so no refund will be made.

8. Access to visitors and/or external companions other than those registered in the original reservation is prohibited.

9. The maximum capacity per suite is two adults and two minors. Minors under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.

10. We reserve the right to search the belongings of anyone entering XHANT, if necessary.

11. It is prohibited to bring any type of weapon, projectiles, sharp objects, psychotropic substances, defense aerosols, electric stun guns, pyrotechnics, balloons and drones. Drones are terrible for animals, as they scare them to such an extent that they can cause a stampede and cause them to die from stress or from a blow.

12. Any prohibited item detected will be kept safe until departure.

13. It is strictly prohibited to leave the XHANT reserve without the accompaniment of a host. Remember that there may be wild and dangerous animals (rattlesnakes, coral snakes, scorpions, spiders, pumas, lynxes, among others) present in the facilities, there is a risk of death or injury. The giraffes and animals that live at XHANT are not used to guests walking outside the reserve and this can cause a stampede leading to serious injury or death.

14. The yellow lines marked in various locations in the common areas of XHANT and in general, the park, indicate the limit to which visitors can go, and it is strictly prohibited to exceed them.

15. Please be careful that no clothing or object falls inside the giraffe pen, or outside the common areas of XHANT, but if this happens, guests must give IMMEDIATE NOTICE to the host and for no reason should they leave XHANT or cross yellow lines.

16. Due to the hearing sensitivity of animals, high volume of any device that emits sound and musical instruments is prohibited. Also respect the silence at night in hallways and stairs, remember that you are in an animal reserve. From 23:00 p.m. guests are asked for absolute silence. Any annoying behavior for any of the guests in the suites and the animals that live in the reserve must be avoided.

17. XHANT is not responsible for any type of accident, illness and/or event that the guest suffers within the facilities such as falls, blows, animal bites, among others. The expenses caused by this accident or event will be borne by the guest, exempting the park and its owners from any legal responsibility.

18. Giraffes are capable of killing a person with a kick at ground level (in Africa, this is how they kill lions), so it is strictly prohibited to enter the giraffes' room without the accompaniment of the host.

19. To protect the health of the park's animals, it is prohibited to feed them with other foods not provided by the park.

20. It is prohibited to disturb, scare, drive away and/or attack or hunt the park's animals, remember that you are in an animal reserve.

21. Any damage caused to our animals will be cause for compensation.

22. For phytozoosanitary reasons of health nature for XHANT animals, the entry of pets is not allowed.

23. It is prohibited to remove any animal and/or its parts from the park.

24. Smoking and/or vaping, as well as the consumption of drugs, narcotics or psychotropic substances, are prohibited within any area of ​​the park. This infraction will be immediately reported to the corresponding authorities.

25. The established schedules are as follows:
to. Use of terrace: 06:00 to 24:00
b. Use of balcony: 06:00 a.m. to 21:00 p.m.
c. Use of common area: 06:00 a.m. to 23:00 p.m.
d. Use of grills: 06:00 a.m. to 23:00 p.m.
and. Kitchen hours: 08:00 a.m. to 20:00 p.m.
F. Schedules are subject to change without prior notice.

26. The park is open to the public from Monday to Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 18:30 p.m. The tractor with the visitors will be making its rounds around the giraffe corral at that time.

27. Food from outside XHANT is allowed. Cooking and grilling services are available for an additional cost. Tips are not includet.

28. The use of disposable, glass and/or crystal objects is prohibited on the balcony and terrace.

29. For the safety of the animals, it is prohibited to leave any object in the balcony, terrace and common area, please be especially careful with clothing and plastics.

30. It is prohibited to hang clothes or towels on the balcony and terrace, remember that the giraffes and animals in the reserve can eat them, which would affect their health and could even cause their death. Do not throw objects or food, except as established by the park.

31. The use of any heat source that could cause fire is prohibited. The use of all types of candles, hair clips, etc. is prohibited.

32. The use of all types of balls and balls, as well as launchers of any type of projectile, even if it is a toy, is prohibited.

33. Considering that the park has other visitors, toplessness and nudism and any breach of morality is prohibited.

34. It is prohibited to carry out acts that disturb the safety or tranquility of other visitors; Likewise, any act or omission that affects or compromises the stability, safety, hygiene, health or comfort of the property.

35. The park gate opens at 09:00 a.m. and closes at 22:30 p.m. If guests do not show up before 22:30 p.m., the reservation will be canceled, without the right to a refund.

36. If any guest becomes ill, the XHANT front desk must call an ambulance or health services, and the guest may be treated in their suite, at the guest's expense; If the disease is contagious, the guest will be transferred to the appropriate place at their own expense.

37. The use of the parking lot for all guests has no additional cost. The park is not responsible for damage, theft, damage or mechanical failure to guest vehicles.
38. For the safety of the guests and the animals, this place is monitored by closed circuit 24 hours a day.

Any breach of the bylaws herein, XHANT reserves the right to terminate your stay without any refund.
